multiple pools food quality spacious rooms
the resort featured multiple pools catering to varied preferences. the food quality was acceptable though not really good. rooms were spacious, great for comfortable movement.
the gym equipment seemed somewhat limited, offering few choices for a complete workout.

several pools provided different experiences, including an infinity pool and a water park. the grounds included a minimarket for convenience. there was also an on-site car rental service if you needed it.

the staff showed a high level of professionalism. i noted that the reception could book reservations for nearby restaurants. the staff seemed attentive to the specific needs of guests with allergies.

a satisfactory stay overall
fun waterpark convenient location nearby shops insufficient air conditioning uncomfortable heat missing tables
I enjoyed the water park. It provided great fun for both kids and adults. my children, aged 7 and 9, were able to enjoy both the kids' slides and the adult slides. the hotel's proximity to the beachfront and local shops was convenient.
the air conditioning in the buffet restaurant was insufficient. i felt the heat and stuffiness made dining unpleasant. there were few seats and no tables at the waterpark. i found the absence of all-inclusive service there to be disappointing

food quality high standard smoking area age restriction
the food quality in the restaurants was excellent a great variety was available. our room was cleaned every day to a high standard bed made. the variety of pools were very good accounting for all age groups.
the hotel didn't have designated areas for people smoking. people were smoking at the night entertainment around young children in the outside restaurant areas when people were eating. the hotel should have an age restriction on the infinity pool it should be children-free.
