mixed experience with room and service issues
ineffective air conditioning
the air conditioning in the buffet restaurant was not effective. this made meal times uncomfortable due to the heat and stuffiness. the lack of air conditioning extended to the arcade and the gym as well.

the food quality in the restaurants was excellent a great variety was available. our room was cleaned every day to a high standard bed made. the variety of pools were very good accounting for all age groups.
the hotel didn't have designated areas for people smoking. people were smoking at the night entertainment around young children in the outside restaurant areas when people were eating. the hotel should have an age restriction on the infinity pool it should be children-free.
